3. User Responsibilities

• Respond to our communications in a timely manner to meet application deadlines.
• Review all documents prepared by us and take responsibility for final submissions.
• Not submit documents created by us as your own original work in violation of academic integrity policies.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees for our services are clearly communicated before you engage our services. Payment terms are as follows:

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees (10% of total or ₹1,000, whichever is lower).
• Cancellation after work begins but before delivery: Partial refund based on work completed, as determined by us.
• After delivery of final documents: No refunds are available as the service has been fully rendered.
• Dissatisfaction with quality: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds are not offered based on subjective quality assessments.
